VIDEO PLATFORM
Requirement
A unified experience across multiple platforms, covering many varied applications with much complexity - featuring integration into Clinic Configurator, Virtual Consultation Platform (VCP) and Patient Messaging (branded emails, letters and tailored SMS).
Ideation / Collaboration
I facilitated regular (weekly and twice weekly) sessions in Miro to create collaborative User Stories, Product Flows and Wireframes where concepts were validated by the collective prior to hi-fidelity design being implemented.
Design
Once hi-fidelity designs / prototypes were created, I held regular 'Show&Tell' sessions with the wider teams to further validate our design direction. To ensure synergy between design and development, I also chaired twice-weekly Design & Dev Dojos - where features under development were discussed in more depth and proposed refinements (if any) discussed.
A/B - Usability Testing
Working closely with our QA and Development teams, prototypes and coded applications were tested regularly using real people and clinical professionals, ensuring everything we designed / built was both fit-for-purpose and clinically safe.
