MULTI-COVER INSURANCE APP
Requirement
Our innovation team required a new Multi-Policy / Quote App to take to the market that would not only transform the way Insurance products were delivered to customers, but also connect with their bank account(s) via Open Banking integration. So if a new gadget was purchased by the customer (for instance), Chorus would offer an upgrade to their current Home / Gadget policy.
Ideation / Collaboration
I facilitated Kick-off, Value Proposition Mapping and Customer Journey Mapping sessions to both, ensure the concept was viable and the journey valuable. Initial wireframes were sketched to show the flow and proposed UI layout, then validated by the team.
Design
A hi-fidelity prototype (with micro-interactions) was produced in Adobe XD, allowing our team of internal usability testers to validate the design and experience. Some of our colourblind testers highlighted issues with the home colour wheel however, so we added shading and iconography to correct them.
