SCHEDULER - JOB / ORDER DETAILS
Requirement
Our Schedulers required refinements to the Job / Order details modal to ensure better clarity of the information provided when managing our Digital Surveyors* (DS).
Ideation / Collaboration
Working with our Scheduler Product Manager and the Schedulers themselves, I created some quick initial concepts (in Figma) to ensure my understanding of the requirement matched theirs. Colour-coded variants were created for both Job and Order status, to aid quick visual understanding.
Design
Once those initial concepts were approved, I produced hi-fidelity designs which were then Usability Tested (with the Schedulers) against the original modal. The newly designed modal ranked at 67% in the (A/B) Preference Test.
*Digital Surveyor surnames have been removed for data security purposes
